Issue/Introduction
SpanVA connecting to CloudSOC through a proxy fails to download or start a SpanVA update.
- SpanVA proxy configuration for http proxy was configured to uses https://Proxyserver:PORT versus http://Proxyserver:PORT
- Health check could be green with this issue.
- Datasource can successfully upload Audit data.
Resolution
Configure the proxy setting in the SpanVA configuration to use http://Proxyserver:PORT for both http and https.
SpanVA version .170 has changed the UI to configure http to avoid confusion.
