After upgrading to DX UIM 23.4 CU6, the Service Level Management (SLM) "cake" summary chart in the top right corner of SLA reports displays the wrong color.
Even when the majority of the SLA is met, the entire circle is set to the color of the smallest percentage.
For example, if the result is 99% green and 1% red, the chart may not show the expected proportional split, making it look as though the SLA is breached.
NOTE:
Additionally, since the upgrade, the color previously seen as green now appears as blue. These visual discrepancies are causing confusion for end customers who rely on the color indicator rather than the numerical values to determine SLA status.
A product defect introduced in DX UIM 23.4 CU6 affects how the SLA summary chart renders colors and handles the color palette for met SLA statuses.
The attached fixes resolve this issue:
1. Download the CU6 (uim_reportscheduler-23.4.6-T1-20260507.175543-1.zip) or CU7 (uim_reportscheduler-23.4.7-T1-20260507.183142-1.zip) fix according to your DX UIM version.
2. Import the package to the Archive and deploy to to the OC server(s).
3. The OC Wasp will restart. When the wasp restart is completed and it is up and running, try generating a new PDF from existing SLA's.
NOTE: The fix will be included in DX UIM 23.4 CU8
