ProxySG Licence MIB fails to respond to queries.

Issue/Introduction
Edge SWG admin downloaded the proxy MIBs available for 7.4.13 and used SNMP to retrieve some key monitoring parameters (throughout, utilisation, memory, connections, etc).
As part of the monitoring plan, the admin wanted to retrieve licensing details for each proxy using the BLUECOAT-LICENSE-MIB mib downloaded as part of the complete MIB packages.
Using an SNMP client (snmpwalk or a UI based client) shows the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.3417.2.16 (supposed to be for appLicenseMIB) does not return anything when we walk the proxies.
The Proxy SNMP documentation does not seem to reference this MIB.
Environment
Edge SWG.
SNMP enabled.
MIBs compiled.
Cause
The BLUECOAT-LICENSE-MIB.txt applied to the SSLv only, and not the Proxy servers.
Resolution
Removed the MIB.txt file from 7.4.16.x+ builds to avoid confusion.
Can use the BLUECOAT-SG-HEALTHMONITOR-MIB to get license healthcheck warnings instead.
