When logging in vCenter HA witness node via ssh, "[ERROR]:failed to connect to service." displayed.

[ERROR]: Failed to connect to service.
Use service-control command to manage applmgmt service

    * List APIs: "help api list"
    * List Plugins: "help pi list"
    * Launch BASH: "shell"

Resolution

This is expected behavior since not all the services are executed on vCenter HA witness node.

SSH will be working fine, so just ignore the message.
