Is GSS started task needed if you are not using GSS option in Sysview for Db2.

Issue/Introduction

If not using the GSS option within Sysview for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2), must the GSS started task be executing.

Resolution

If CALL-GSS is commented out, it defaults to YES. If you do not have GSS setup and leave this parm as is with the default
you will received messages like DBG72032E ERROR INVOKING IMOD, IMOD was not found...

If that is the case the recommendation is to uncomment the parameter and turn it off.
