Issue/Introduction

New users from my department are currently unable to see Alarm Policies when they log on to OC.

 

Is there an option to make an Alarm Policy available to Account Users if it was created by an Admin?

Resolution

Currently, when a BUS user creates an alarm policy, ACCOUNT users are unable to view or modify it, even if the policy is created under a group or origin to which the ACCOUNT user is assigned. This occurs because there is currently no option to explicitly assign a policy to an ACCOUNT user during the creation process.

 

The customer manages multiple groups in OC with different sets of assigned users. They require the ability for BUS users to create alarm policies within these groups so that the respective ACCOUNT users can subsequently view and modify them based on their specific requirements.

 

This is an enhancement.
