How to disable VAIA

Resolution

To disable VAIA (Value Ops AI Agent) in CA PPM (Clarity)

 

1. Log in as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Administration > System Settings.
3. Navigate to the Feature Toggles section.
4. Locate Vaia AI Service/VAIA Tile and toggle it off

 

Note: It is important to flush caches afterward to ensure the changes take effect.
