Issue/Introduction

Following a NetOps upgrade to version 24.3.6, users may notice that the download link for the Spectrum Data Publisher is no longer available directly from within the Spectrum User Interface.

Cause

This is an expected behavior resulting from a design change in the new release. The approach for acquiring the Spectrum Data Publisher has been updated and centralized within the DXO2 tenant.

Resolution

To locate and download the Spectrum Data Publisher, please follow these steps using the new workflow:

Log in to your DXO2 tenant.

Navigate to Settings in the main menu.

Select Setup Data Sources.

Navigate to the second page of the available data sources list.

Locate the Spectrum Data Publisher download link here.
