EMAILTO Command Fails with Error GSVX014I <user ID>

Issue/Introduction

EMAILTO command fails and further investigation showed that the email was modified during the processing. The original email add suppose to be test@######.com.

Cause

The problem was the Codepage settings and SMTP ATSIGN parameter.

Resolution

Below are the steps that could be verified and to Solve.

1. GO  to terminal Emulator Settings and check the code page setup are correct.  

2. Check Sysview Profile Setup: From Profile General --> Miscellaneous --> then find the EmailiD and make sure that showed the '@' and not the special character. 

3. It might depend on the emulator setting configuration and in this case PCOM. when the same there are no issue in ZOC and QWS.

4. Verify the value of  SMTP ATSIGN parameter in IBM z/OS Communications Server SMTP (CSSMTP).
