Issue/Introduction

In Automation Analytics & Intelligence (AAI) version 24.x, users may find that the run_report.py script is missing. Based on previous documentation, the expected behavior is that this script should be present for generating reports. However, the actual behavior is that the file is no longer included in the system directory.

Cause

The run_report.py script is intentionally no longer included in the software bundle. The previous reporting functionality has been deprecated in favor of newer, integrated features.

Resolution

The functionality previously provided by the run_report.py script is now natively available through Data Insights. Users should transition to using Data Insights to fulfill their reporting requirements.
