Can't install Data Collector getting error "Error: Could not determine hostname"

Issue/Introduction

Getting the error "Error: Could not determine hostname" when installing the data collector. 

Environment

CAPM 2.x +

Cause

This error is caused when there is not an entry for the value returned from the hostname command in the /etc/hosts file.  

Resolution

1. Run the hostname command 

2. Edit the /etc/hosts file and make sure there is an entry or alias set for the systems I.P. address and the name retunred from the hostname command above.
