The absence of a 'robot inactive' alert in CA UIM may be due to the hub's communication and connectivity with the robot. The alert is triggered when the robot controller does not send its 'alive' messages within the set update interval, which is typically 15 minutes. If the robot controller is back up and re-egisters with the hub, the alert should clear. However, if the robot remains inactive for an extended period, the hub will generate a 'robot inactive' alert. To manage this, users can adjust the 'robot miss update count' and 'hub update interval' settings to control the frequency of these alerts.
