Issue/Introduction

Dashboards and Custom pages are being decommissioned and replaced with Custom Views and widgets. Users may find they are unable to locate the specific "Iteration Retrospective" widgets within the new Custom Views interface. This article provides the configuration steps to recreate that functionality using standard widgets.

Cause

Decommission of Custom pages and Dashboard replacement

Resolution

1. Navigate to Reports > Custom Views.
2. Select Add New.
3. Name the view (e.g., "Iteration Retrospective") and select Create View.
4. Set Filter View By to "Iteration".
5. Choose Tall Stretch for the section layout.
6. Title the section "Pluses, Deltas and Actions".
7. Add a Context Text Field Editor widget for each of the following:
   • Retro Pluses: Set Type to "View Filter" and Field to "Retro Pluses".
   • Retro Deltas: Set Type to "View Filter" and Field to "Retro Deltas".
   • Retro Actions: Set Type to "View Filter" and Field to "Retro Actions".
8. Enable Allow Edit in View Mode for each widget to permit live updates during retrospectives.
9. Select Save Changes.
