Issue/Introduction

WSS Agent, prior to 9.8.5, may be susceptible to an Elevation of Privilege vulnerability (CVE-2025-13917). This issue allows an attacker to attempt to compromise the software application to gain elevated access to resources normally protected from an application or user. Details are under the security advisory.

 

Resolution

This vulnerability is addressed in version 9.8.5 and later.
