RabbitMQ: Not able to set Management UI session timeout and user session limit.

Issue/Introduction

User realize RabbitMQ does not have the feature. 

Environment

Any current RabbitMQ 

Resolution

1. Session timeout is supported. Users can set below management conf parameter to constrol session timeout.

management.login_session_timeout

2. The configuration controls user sessions limit is not supported yet. R&D has confirmed it will be supported in the release of end of the year. Please feel free to open case to consult.
