Action Item generates empty Notifications

Issue/Introduction

When creating an action item, the notification shows blank in MUX, no Subject or Description, whilst the same is available in Classic

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Connect to Clarity Classic – Organizer
2. Create a new Action Item called Test Submission
3. Set Description to My Submission needs to be checked now
4. Set Notify Assignees to Enabled
5. Set your own User as Assign To
6. Set the Due Date to Yesterday
7. Click Save and Return
8. Now open MUX and check the Notification Bell

Expected Results: The Action Item to State Test Submission and also display the Description of the Action Item

Actual Results: The Action Item is blank in MUX. In Classic, the information is displayed correctly in Organizer - Notification tab
