How to Stop Predictive alerts

Issue/Introduction

I have disabled all the predictive alert in DX O2 but still it is generating new alarms, How I can stop it?

Resolution

First, clear the prediction alarms. Alarms/Alarm Analytics/Predictions

Then clear predictive definitions in Predictions/Insights

Then disable Predictive Definitions
