Issue/Introduction

The Last Updated Date and Last Updated By attributes for Blueprint Rules are not updated based on the moment and user who last updated the rule, but at the moment and user that the Blueprint is published. All Rules have the same Last Updated Date/By as the Blueprint.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. With user 'A', configure a Blueprint (e.g.: Project Blueprint) to have 2 or more rules.
  2. Publish the Blueprint.
  3. Open the Blueprint and navigate to the Rules module, and note the Last Updated Date and Last Updated By of the Rules (e.g.: today, user 'A').
  4. Log in with user 'B' and open the same Blueprint.
  5. Edit the Blueprint. Do not make any actual changes to the Blueprint.
  6. Publish the Blueprint.
  7. Note the Last Updated Date and Last Updated By of the Rules.

Expected Results: Rules have not been modified, so Last Updated Date and Last Updated By should be the same as in Step 3 (today, user 'A').

Actual Results: Last Updated Date and Last Updated By have been updated (today*, user 'B'). (*) If the test is done with a Blueprint with Rules that have a Last Updated Date in the past, this would be changed to the date the User 'B' published the blueprint.

At the same time, the Last Updated Date/By are not updated when they are actually modified. They always reflect the date of the Blueprint Publish date.
