When attempting to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for CloudHealth, you may encounter an error message stating "Your tenant is managed by VMware Cloud Services".
This error prevents the configuration settings from being saved.
This issue typically occurs because the customer tenant did not complete the Auth0 to AuthHub migration process that took place between 2024 and 2025.
To resolve this, CloudHealth Engineering will need to update the tenant to allow the AuthHub configuration to complete.
Open a Support Ticket: You must contact CloudHealth Support (via Broadcom Support Portal).
Reference the Migration: Mention that you are receiving the "managed by VMware Cloud Services" error.
Once Engineering performs the update, you will be able to proceed with the standard AuthHub SAML/Azure AuthHub setups found under Setup > Admin > Single Sign-On.
