Replications do not work and the Lookup Service is offline in VMware Cloud Director Availability

Issue/Introduction

• Replications cannot be successfully created.
• In the System Health section of the user interface, the Lookup service connectivity appears as offline and the Local Replicator Services are listed with degraded functionality.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.7.3.x

Cause

VMware Cloud Director Availability does not trust the active VMware vCenter certificate.

Resolution

There are several services that may be attempting to validate the VMware vCenter certificate. By performing the procedure documented in the following, the certificate can be manually accepted for each, if it is not already:
