No longer able to view service entities in Capacity module.

Issue/Introduction

Checking the services in the capacity module we only see one of our services and are not able to see the entities. 

Resolution

-The default cpa configuration doesn't contain the right services.

--Added the missing services in a new cpa config and disabled the old config, just to be safe.
