Enterprise Console reports "UnknownServerError" when viewing Cloud SWG "SAML and SCIM Authentication" and "Users and Groups" configurations

Issue/Introduction

Enterprise Console SCIM configuration enabled to provision users from SAML Identity provider.

SAML is enabled for Cloud SWG service.

After applying the changes and going to the following Enterprise Console pages, the Cloud SWG admin sees an "UnknownServerError" returned:

• Web Security > Identity > SAML and SCIM Authentication > SCIM Third-Party User & Group Sync
• Web Security > Identity > Users and Groups > Third-Party Sync

The SCIM sync statistics, user lists, and group lists are also not rendered.

Environment

Cloud SWG.

Enterprise Console.

A SCIM configuration has been created in the EU region and populated with data (hereinafter referred to as SCIM_EU).

An environment with the WSS product has been created in the US region (hereinafter referred to as WSS_Default).

The SCIM_EU configuration is assigned to the WSS_Default environment.

Cause

Support for EU-based SCIM will be available in a future release.

Resolution

Make sure the SCIM configuration is created in the same region as the Cloud SWG product for now.

The issue is only reproducible when the SCIM configuration is created in the EU region. SCIM configurations created in other regions are displayed correctly.
