Global Manager (GM) appliances are displayed as unavailable or with errors within the Location Manager interface of the Standby GM. The Location Manager successfully retrieves and displays details for the standby GM cluster but fails to populate details for the active GM cluster.
VMware NSX
A storage outage affecting the primary site impacted the active Global Manager cluster VMs, causing the appliances to enter an unresponsive state and lose communication with the Location Manager.
Gracefully reboot the affected active Global Manager appliances. In case FCSK errors reported on the appliances after the reboot follow the steps mentioned in the kb: 330478 to fix the issue
Verify communication restoration within the Location Manager interface.
In case running the FCSK does not resolve the issue and NSX manager has to be restored from a backup refer the kb 406776
