Error stream closed preventing eem․sdk․log creation on Windows AAI

Issue/Introduction

The eem․sdk․log file and other EEM log files are not created on Windows Automation Analytics & Intelligence servers ․​​​​​‌​‍ Whenever an event is triggered that should log to this file, the system fails to do so and writes exceptions to the server log instead ․ This defect blocks troubleshooting of EEM integration issues․

 

ERROR MESSAGE: "EIAMServiceImpl-1 ERROR Unknown object "root" of type org․apache․logging․log4j․core․config․LoggerConfig is ignored" "AppenderLoggingException: Error writing to stream [path]\eem․sdk․log" "java․io․IOException: Stream Closed"
