Issue/Introduction

After upgrading DX Unified Infrastructure Management (UIM) from 23.4 CU3 to 23.4 CU7, users experience significant slowness in the Operator Console (OC).

Specific symptoms include:

• Long "Loading..." delays when accessing the Service Level Management (SLM) tab.
• Slowness persists even after increasing memory for the wasp probe.
• The issue is most prominent in environments with a large number of SLAs (e.g., 1,000+).
