Issue/Introduction

During PGB configuration the following message appears:

"Click here to enable Partner Generated Billing and configure your partner billing settings"

 

Resolution

The message is usually seen if the Billing Bucket details are missing at partner end under Admin/Settings preventing to add new billing blocks under Partner Generated Billing

Please ensure these details are configured correctly to enable the addition of new billing blocks under Partner Generated Billing.
