Getting error 'Usage Report overdue today' on VCF Operations instance is in disconnected mode

Issue/Introduction

VCF Operations UI shows alert 'Usage Report overdue today' when navigate through the 'Registration' option. 

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x

Cause

This error occurs due to the reporting mode set as disconnected state since VCF Operation instance don't have internet provision. 

Resolution

For VCF Operations instance is in disconnected mode, you must manually exchange the usage file and the license file between the VCF Operations instance and the VCF Business Services console by referring the steps outlined in this document:
