Issue/Introduction

How to configure more than one email recipient in the RECPT field for Dynamic Capacity Intelligence (DCI) alerts?

Resolution

You can define up to three email recipients in the RECPT field on the Email Definition panel. Follow these formatting and save requirements:

1. Input format: Add one email address per row in the RECPT field.
2. Separators: No separation characters (such as commas or semicolons) are required between addresses.
3. Example setup:
   RECPT:   [email protected]                       
         [email protected]                       
         [email protected]                       
4. Saving changes: After entering the addresses, you must press the PF3 key twice to save the changes before testing the email submission.
