Issue/Introduction

Zscaler can interfere with the platform access, resulting in the CloudHealth UI not loading correctly. 

Resolution

To work around this issue, request that the team that manages Zscaler implement the following:

• Add a SSL bypass by having Zscaler take the "Do Not Inspect" action on traffic originating from the cloudhealthtech.com domain, before then applying any other security policies that you have in place.
