Issue/Introduction

When navigating the VMware Tanzu Hub 10.4 documentation, specifically within the Foundations > Capabilities section, users encounter broken or inaccessible links when attempting to view release notes for certain components (e.g., the .NET Core Buildpack).

Cause

A documentation configuration error in the Tanzu Hub 10.4 release resulted in the inclusion of internal development URLs instead of public-facing release notes or Tanzu Network links.

Resolution

There is currently no immediate resolution or manual workaround to fix the link within the live documentation portal at this time.

The corrected links will be implemented in a future maintenance release of Tanzu Hub
