- Sending logs may show successful handoff from the customer's environment, but the recipient's mail server rejects the connection.

Third-party entities are not controlled or managed by Email Security Cloud Services, and we are unable to submit manual requests to remove specific domains or subnets from this blacklist.
The administrator of the affected domain should contact the third-party provider directly to request delisting.
