Errands required for Service Publisher tile upgrade

Issue/Introduction

This article goes over which errands need to be enabled during Apply Changes to successfully upgrade the Service Publisher tile. 

Resolution

The service Publisher tile has 4 errands as seen in the image below.

All errands are enabled by default for Apply Changes. It is recommended to run Apply Changes with all default errands to ensure that any new changes are applied and new features work as expected.

In situations where there is a time constraint and the Apply Changes needs to be done in the least time possible, as a minimum it is recommended to have the Install errand enabled as this one is in charge of deploying the broker.
