Issue/Introduction

*   Inbound emails from a particular sender domain are being quarantined or rejected by Email Security.cloud.
*   Track and Trace log shows the following reason: filtered by DMARC. Sender policy of example.com (p=reject adkim=r aspf=r)`.

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

This problem needs to be fixed by the administrators responsible for the sender domain’s DNS configuration.

Temporary Workaround for the Recipient :

If the emails are critical and must be delivered while the sender works on a fix:

1.  Log in to the Email Security.cloud portal.
2.  Navigate to Services > Anti-Spam.
3.  Select Approved Senders.
4.  Add the domain `example.com` (or the specific sender address) to the list and select only Spoof option to whitelist and uncheck rest option like newsletter and other detection.

Note: This bypasses SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks for that sender, so it should be removed once the sender fixes their DNS.
