There are stale references to catalogs that may or may not be deleted in the database.
Clear catalog items that may reference the storage profile from the Org VDC. This may require migrating templates and media files to a new catalog. If the issue persists take a fresh backup of Cloud Director following Backup and Restore of Your VMware Cloud Director Appliance and open a support request with Broadcom VCF support referencing this knowledge article.
