Issue/Introduction

Global Collections are not being synced to DX OI. 

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum. All releases. 

Cause

The global collection contain only interfaces or network containers in the collections. The group has to contain a device.

Resolution

The global collection must included device models to be synched to DX OI. Add devices to the global collection. On the next sync it will successfully sync the global collection to DX OI.
