Issue/Introduction

When a user manually updates custom attributes for an alarm in DX Operational Intelligence (DX OI), those values are lost or overwritten when a subsequent update for the same alarm is received from the source product (e.g., DX APM, DX UIM). Updates that trigger this behavior include changes to alarm status, severity, or closure.

Resolution

This limitation is being addressed as an enhancement request. An internal item has been submitted to Product Management for review and prioritization.
