Issue/Introduction

Historical ACI alarms appear in Spectrum after a Tomcat restart․

The flood specifically contains the oldest alarms from the initial VNA integration period․

Current newly generated alarms are functioning normally․

Environment

Spectrum 24.3.x 25.4.x

Resolution

  • On the VNA Gateway for each ACI engine configuration delete the Alarms_LastSyncTime file under the /opt/CA/VNA/collector/<ACI_ENGINE_ID>/repository/work/subscription folder.

There is no need to restart any services on the VNA Gateway.
