Issue/Introduction

Aria LCM deployment from SDDC manager fails with error: I/O error on GET request for "https://<aria suite manager>/lcm lcops/api/vs/settings/system-details": connection reset.

Environment

VCF 5.x

Cause

Firewall restriction between VMware SDDC Manager and VMware Aria suite Lifecycle Manager.

Resolution

Engage the Firewall team from your infrastructure and resolve the firewall implication/restriction between VMware SDDC manager and VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager in the environment.
