VMware Live Cyber Recovery (VLCR) UI displays the error message "Unable to manage regions or perform any changes at the moment" when selecting Manage Regions. Connectors are simultaneously observed in a down state. Symptoms begin persistently following scheduled VLCR maintenance.

The primary cause for the UI failure is the Isolated Recovery Resource (IRR) EC2 instance entering a hung state because the amazon-ssm-agent software stopped sending heartbeat signals to the AWS Systems Manager service.
Contact Broadcom Support to internally recover the affected IRR EC2 instance and restore the amazon-ssm-agent heartbeat to the AWS Systems Manager.
Reboot the affected connectors to flush old, cached credentials from the system memory, forcing the connectors to initiate a new login session and authenticate using updated credentials.
