Issue/Introduction

Windows-based jobs may log an authorization error during the pre-process phase when using the PREP_PROCESS_FILENAME function. This behavior is observed when the same Login object is configured both at the job level and within the PREP_PROCESS_FILENAME call, and the associated password contains non-ASCII characters (e.g., ยง).

The below exception is logged within the ACT report 

2026-03-23 15:17:03 - U00011439 Cannot log on as user '<username>'. Error code: 'n/a', error description: 'java.io.IOException javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: The user name or password is incorrect
