Issue/Introduction

Users can log in to OneClick successfully.
The Main Location Server (MLS) OneClick console displays alarms correctly.
The local or secondary OneClick console displays the landscape but shows zero alarms.
The "Connection Status" in OneClick may show the landscape as active, but no event or alarm data is being pushed to the client

How Can I troubleshoot this behavior?

Dx NetOps Spectrum any version

Cause

Running firewall

Resolution

Stop the firewalld process and restart tomcat on the offending OneClick server and the alarms will show in the OneClick client
