Issue/Introduction

Do process failure notifications have to be setup for each process for an admin to receive? I noticed they are part of the notifications section, but I don't receive them.

Resolution

Process Failure Notifications: These are not automatic for all processes globally. You generally need to ensure the admin (or a specific group) is added to the "Notify" section within the specific Process Step actions. Additionally you need to ensure your personal notification settings are active.

To ensure your notifications are working correctly, please check the following:

  1. Check Notification Preferences: Navigate to Home -> Personal -> Account Settings -> Notifications and verify that the "Email" column is checked for the relevant notification types.
  2. Verify Process Setup: In Administration -> Processes, open your process and check the Steps. Under the "Notify" tab for relevant actions, ensure your user or group is listed.
