Do process failure notifications have to be setup for each process for an admin to receive? I noticed they are part of the notifications section, but I don't receive them.

Process Failure Notifications: These are not automatic for all processes globally. You generally need to ensure the admin (or a specific group) is added to the "Notify" section within the specific Process Step actions. Additionally you need to ensure your personal notification settings are active.
