NAA Device missing from Aria Data Collection

Cause

This is caused when permissions of the vCenter Adapter is using a credential that lacks the necessary permissions.

Resolution

To Resolve this,

• Navigate to Administration
  • Intergrations
    • vCenter Adapter (not showing NAA device)
      • Edit
        • Credentials (Pencil Icon)
          • change the Username to "[email protected]", update the Password accordingly
            • 
• Stop / Start the data collection and give the process 10 mins to run.

Additional Information

Note: the act of Cycling the data collection and resetting the vCenter adapter credentials can allow the NAA device to be reported .
