The Spectrum OneClick webpage fails to load and displays a connection refused error message
REVIEW LOG FILES: Check the Tomcat log for keystore errors during initialization.
Path: $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/catalina․out
Look for the following error:
java․lang․IllegalArgumentException: /opt/Spectrum/custom/keystore/cacerts (No such file or directory)
RESTORE Keystore file: Locate and rename the keystore (cacerts) file back to the required name․
Path: /opt/Spectrum/custom/keystore/
RESTART TOMCAT SERVICE: Cycle the Tomcat service to apply the configuration fix․
If the cacerts file is missing follow steps to generate a new one (below)
