Unable to edit adapter or Workload Domains due to a spinning icon in the Domain tab in VCF Operations 9.0.x

Issue/Introduction

When you attempt to edit the VCF Operations adapter or a Workload Domain integration within VCF Operations, the Domain Tab fails to load and displays a continuous spinning icon.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x

Resolution

Restart the Configuration Management data collection and rotate the system credentials.

1. Navigate to Infrastructure Operations > Configurations > Inventory Management.
2. Expand Adapter Instances and select Configuration Management.
3. Select all objects in the list and click the Stop icon.
4. Once stopped, click the Start icon and verify that all objects return to a Collecting status.
5. Navigate to Administration > Integrations.
6. Select the VMware Cloud Foundation adapter and click Edit.
7. Click the Domains tab.
8. If the spinning icon persists or to ensure credential synchronization, click ROTATE to perform a password rotation on the System Managed Credential.
9. Verify the Domains information is now visible and editable.
