Unable to Access OpenAPI QueryBuilder

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to access the OpenAPI on the Data Aggregator, a message ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED is received

Adding the domain to the URL works but the  redirect to the portal now errors similarly

Environment

Performance Management, all supported versions

Cause

The workstation cannot access the Performance Management components by short name

Resolution

Fix the DNS resolution at the workstation level.
