NAT64 rule fails when applied to specific interfaces

Issue/Introduction

• Traffic matching a NAT64 rule does not work when the NAT64 rule is applied to specific interfaces.
• If no interface is selected, it is applied implicitly to all Uplink interfaces and work properly

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 

VMware NSX

Cause

This issue is reported if the NAT64 rule is applied to only specific Uplink interfaces.

Resolution

Do not select any specific interface for the NAT64 rule.
