OC Delete Device Status screen does not reliably refresh, even when the 'Refresh' button is clicked

Issue/Introduction

In CU6 Operator console the Delete Device Status screen does not reliably refresh, even when the 'Refresh' button is clicked. This can misleadingly suggest the deletion process is ongoing when it may have already completed (either successfully or as a failure). Exiting the Delete Device Status screen and then returning to it seems to force a proper refresh and show the accurate job status.
