NSX ALB-VirtualService Logs log entry can't be viewed from vCD portal throws exception "com.vmware.vcloud.common.network.NsxAlbApiException"

Issue/Introduction

• Trying to view LB logs under All Edge gateways -> EDGE -> Virtual services -> LB -> logs, gives an error [ uuid ] class com.vmware.vcloud.common.network.NsxAlbApiException
  
  

• Issue is observed for all L7 Load balancers, issue does not impact L4 Load balancers.
• NSX ALB version in use is 31.1.1-x and above.

Environment

• VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x
• VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer (Formerly known as VMware Avi Load Balancer)

Cause

The API call used by VMware Cloud Director to fetch the logs uses a default date range for 10 years duration, however starting NSX ALB 31.1.1-x the API was enforced to support maximum of 1 year duration to limit the amount of data indexed in OpenSearch.

Resolution

This will be fixed an a future patch of VMware Cloud Director.
