Issue/Introduction

In VCF Operations Administration > Integrations > vCenter > When attempting to save the integration it fails with error " Unable to lookup VC Extension information: Unexpected status code: 400 VC extensions info check task failed"

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

There is no connectivity on port 443 between the vCenter Server and VCF Operations.

Resolution

Please verify that the required ports are open and accessible between VCF Operations and the vCenter Server. You can refer to the following resource for detailed port requirements:
